Why there is no email form
CT Property Tax is a reference calculator, not a customer-service desk. Collecting messages would create a personal-data inbox the project intentionally does not run. Honesty about that is better for users — and clearer for advertising review — than a fake “contact us” box that nobody monitors.
Official questions (assessment, bill, appeal)
- Find your municipality on the town mill-rate list, then use the town’s official assessor or tax collector site.
- Confirm municipal mill rates with CT OPM mill rates.
- For a high-level map of assessment appeals (not legal advice), see how to appeal.
Site content and estimates
How the math works is documented on the homepage, in How CT property tax works, and in FY2026 mill rates. Limitations, privacy, and terms are on About, Privacy, and Terms.
Site issues
There is no operator mailbox by design. Broken links or data concerns cannot be emailed to a person through this site. Prefer official OPM and town sources when an estimate disagrees with a bill; mill rates and assessments change, and special districts are omitted here on purpose.
